Heat Treatment Processes
 

CHUANGHENG all machine steel frames undergo annealing at over 600⁰ to relieve stress,and they are built to last years of heavy use without distortion.

Finishing Machining
The laser cutting machine frame goes through a heat treatment process for welding stress relief, CHUANGHENG frames are machined with 5axis CNC machining centers with single reference fixing. This keeps all axis parallel and the surfaces of the machine precise which provides great accuracy and longevity to the machine.

Quality Steel Frame

Intelligent surrounding spiral negative pressure partition dust removal system, according to the current cutting position, intelligently switch the air outlet, time-sharing, partition, and sectional air exhaust, and cooperate with the back-shaped sealing structure design at the bottom of the base to realize smokeless cutting.

Auto Changing Pallet Table System
The double pallet changer is designed to increase the productivity and minimize the material preparation time. The pallet changer allows loading of raw material sheets or unloading of fnished parts onto one pallet while the other pallet is on duty.
